  • 12/9/2021- So excited to finally meet the NASA 2020-2021 SARP students in Palmdale! The Aerosol Groups are even more fun in person :) Alex MacDonald (2020 Aerosol mentor, now at UCR) and Eva-Lou Edwards (2021 Aerosol mentor, U. Arizona) did a superb job flying on the DC8 and taking care of the aerosol instruments! On the side, Alex also put together a nice presentation on the DC8 aerosol measurements.

  • 10/1/2021- Excited to be part of the NSF- funded ASCENT team and collaborate with Drs. Sally Ng (GaTech), Ann Dilner (UC Davis), Ted Russell (GaTech), and PIs from 10 other universities in the US as well as NCAR to build the next generation of the online fine-aerosol monitoring network! My group's focus will be on instrumenting a site in Rubidoux, CA.
  • 9/13/2021- Warm welcome to Alex MacDonald to join our group as a Postdoctoral scholar! Alex was also the Aerosol Group first SARP mentor and I'm super excited he'll be working with us during our upcoming projects!
